By writing the book the author hopes that it helps to encourage those with special needs to never give up, to always remember that they are able, not disabled, and have unique abilities to share with the world.
There were many times he felt low and said to himself, “Why me?” but he can truthfully say, without a word of a lie, the one thing that kept him going was returning to his studies with the Open University. He proudly admits "I am an OU addict"!
